App Terms of Service | Income Engine

These Terms of Service (the "Terms") govern your access and use of the mobile phone application, Income Engine (the "App"). By accessing or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not access or use the App.

License

We grant you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App for your personal, non-commercial purposes. You may not use the App for any commercial purpose without our prior written consent.

Restrictions on Use

YOU MAY NOT:

Copy, modify, distribute, sell, or lease the App.
Decompile, disassemble, or reverse engineer the App.
Remove any copyright or other proprietary notices from the App.
Use the App for any illegal or unauthorized purpose.
Transmit any viruses or other malicious code through the App.
Interfere with or disrupt the operation of the App.

Permissions

The App will request permission(s) from the user in order to enable various features and functionality.

This includes:

Access to the users' contacts and contacts’ information as directed by user.

Intellectual Property

We own all right, title, and interest in and to the App, including all intellectual property rights therein. You may not use any of our trademarks, service marks, or trade names without our prior written consent.

Termination

We may terminate your license to use the App at any time, for any reason, without notice. Upon termination, you must immediately cease using the App and delete all copies of the App from your devices.

Warranties and Disclaimers

THE APP IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND. TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO THE WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

Limitations of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY DIRECT, INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH YOUR ACCESS TO OR USE OF THE APP.

Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

Entire Agreement

These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and us with respect to your access and use of the App.

Severability

If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid or unenforceable, such provision shall be struck from these Terms and the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make any material changes to these Terms, we will notify you by email or by posting a notice on the App.
